FINALLY. My monitoring service is back up. I'd say things have done pretty well even thought I missed a day of posting (I fell asleep as soon as I got home). In any case yesterday the blog had a record high number of unique visitors. And today it’s hit a record low. I’d probably attribute this fact to my lack of presence and the fact that I generally post very late at night.
In addition to GoStats I’ve also put Google Analytics on the site, under the assumption that Google has a better uptime percentage than the former.
Today we drove about an hour away to wrestle. When I get there they decide that instead of letting me wrestle (best 125 in county), they want to give Andy a shot (worst 125 on planet earth). So I didn’t even get a freakin match after biking 12 miles to lose the four pounds I was over by. Needless to say I was so pissed off I came home and made two delicious chicken sandwiches.
Oh yeah I also wanted to mention a fun little tidbit. Escaping Maryland is semi-international. We’ve had visitors from the following countries: USA (duh), Canada, U.K., SPAIN, AUSTRALIA, COSTA RICA, and my very favorite…CROATIA!!! I’ve never even seen Croatia on a map until today. I am also lead to believe that EM has had readers from Palestinian territories or something like that.
Finally to rap up I’d like to announce that EM has accumulated over TWO DOLLARS from Google AdSense. I’ll make it official when the check mails at $100. This means progress guys. Tell your friends to visit and support the cause!
